What happens if I exceed the free tier limits?
We will notify you before we act. The free tier is shared-VM with best-effort uptime; if your traffic strains the host, we ask you to upgrade. We do not auto-charge. We do not throttle without notice. Reasonable people can have a conversation.
Can I migrate away? Do you charge for it?
Migration out is free and documented. We publish the export schema in our docs. You can run the export yourself or we will do it on Business. The belief that customers should stay because leaving is expensive is not a business model we respect.
Is Razorpay the only payment option?
Razorpay is the default and is included in all plans at no extra fee. Custom gateways (Cashfree, PayU, Stripe for international) are available as the custom integration add-on. We do not take a percentage of GMV at any tier.
What does "99.95% SLA" actually mean in practice?
It means 4.38 hours of allowable downtime per year. If we miss it, we credit the next month's invoice proportionally. SLA credits are automatic — you do not need to file a claim. We track uptime publicly at status.zenandshore.com.
